Our mission is to provide patient-centered, quality healthcare to older adults. We aim to do this by utilizing an interdisciplinary team approach and partnering with individuals and organizations to coordinate plans of care that are achievable and beneficial to our patients.

Our goal is to provide comprehensive care to older adults in every setting. This includes seeing patients in our outpatient medical office, local nursing homes, and virtually at your home via via telehealth.

Geriatric Medical Office

Alliance Senior Health specializes in providing comprehensive medical care to patients aged 65 and older. We realize that there are unique medical conditions that can occur with aging. Aging can be challenging for patients and families. Our staff is experienced in managing these issues. All patients receive a comprehensive geriatric assessment on their initial visit. Care is tailored to the needs of each patient. We realize that 10 or 15 minutes may not be adequate time to address your needs. We take the time to fully address your needs in a knowledgeable and compassionate manner.

Nursing Home Care

At Alliance Senior Health, we make every effort to support our patients in aging at home. However, when this is not feasible, we work with staff at all three of our local nursing homes to continue to provide quality health care. Our nursing home patients are seen routinely for primary care and healthcare providers are accessible 24 hours per day for all medical needs.

Telehealth Care

Here at Alliance Senior Health, we understand that it is not always feasible to come into the office for care. Therefore, we provide telehealth services. This is especially helpful for patients who are homebound and have mobility issues, as well as those who are acutely ill and do not want to risk infecting others. Our staff is happy to assist you in determining if your visit is appropriate for telehealth and with completing the visit process.

Meet the Doctor

Dr. Koyia L. Figures is a native of Theodore, AL, with over 18 years of experience in the practice of medicine. Her passion for geriatric medicine stems from her close relationship with her maternal grandmother. She enjoys caring for patients dealing with illnesses associated with aging, but areas of special interest include Dementia, Mobility issues, Hypertension, and Diabetes. She enjoys caring for her indoor plants, reading, cooking, and spending time with her family in her spare time.
